Maynard Tomorrow

We’re excited to return to Maynard tomorrow, a town we haven’t played in a few years.  It’s a new venue for us–the River Rock Grill–and it looks like a great spot.  Hope you can join us for some food, drink, and music before Irene ruins the party.

Mari Gras in Quincy

We’re back to Mari’s Place in Quincy tonight for the latest episode of “Mari Gras.”  We’ll be playing your favorite zydeco and New Orleans standards, as well as a bunch of songs from our upcoming debut album, The Gods We Were Before.  Come on out and party with us!

Lowell Tonight

We’re excited to be playing a new venue for us tonight in Lowell.  Ole Restaurant and Tapas Bar is a great spot for Spanish tapas and sangria.  We’ll add some cumbias and other musical flavors to the mix.

Mike and Ken will be on Lowell radio station 980 WCAP at 10:15 in the morning to promote the show.  You can listen online here.

Newport

Had a great show at The Pier Restaurant in Newport, RI last week. We hope to be back!

Triple Play Weekend

We’ve got a busy weekend ahead: tonight (Friday) at Main Streets in Concord, Saturday at the DamBluesFest up in Damariscotta, ME, and then Sunday morning at the Seaward Inn in Rockport.  So, whether you’re a morning, afternoon, or evening person, you can get your fix.  Hope to see you out at one of the shows!

Ayer, with Special Guest

We’re back to 31 Main in Ayer tonight, a great little restaurant we’ve been playing for a couple of years now.  We’re excited to have Gary Mendoza joining us on percussion.  He plays with Los Sugar Kings and Santa Mamba, two great Latin bands on the New England scene.  Should be a fun night with a different spin on our tunes.

Somerville Tonight

We’re going to be a rock band tonight, as we play our first show at Sally O’Brien’s in Somerville.  We’ll be featuring songs from our upcoming debut album, due out in early September.  Hope you can join us!

NH Today

We’re off to Bristol, NH today for an interesting show at the Mill Fudge Factory.  They have a concert series there called The Back Room at the Mill, and we were thrilled when they asked us to play.  If you’re in the area, stop by for some hot music and tasty desserts!

Holliston Summer Concert

We’re excited to be playing in the Holliston Summer Concert Series this year at Goodwill Park.  We’ll take the stage from 6:30 – 8:30 pm tomorrow, and the weather is looking good.  Bring the whole family for some outdoor party music!

On the Water This Weekend

We’re thrilled to be heading back to Bert’s Landing in Plymouth this weekend.  It’s a beautiful spot right on the water with fantastic summer drinks and food.  Join us for a great July afternoon!

“Mari” Gras in Quincy this Friday

We’re really excited to return to Mari’s Place this Friday.  We played there back in March for Mardi Gras and had a blast!  What a great crowd of music lovers.  It was so much fun that we’re doing it again–Mari Gras in June!  Come on out and party with us.

Concord and Plymouth This Weekend

We’re back at one of our favorite spots this Saturday: Main Streets Market and Cafe in Concord.  Then on Sunday we’ve got a return engagement at Bert’s Landing in Plymouth.  We played there last Sunday and had a great time, so we were happy to be asked back.  Hope you can come out and see us!

Surprise Show at a New Venue

We were psyched to get a last-minute call for a show at a new venue for us this Sunday. Bert’s Landing is a beautiful bar and restaurant located right on the water in Plymouth.  Join us for a laid-back afternoon of eclectic grooves, cool drinks, and ocean-side views.  Hope to see you there!

El Cinco de Mayo

We’re celebrating el Cinco de Mayo this week with two shows at two great venues: The Baha Brothers’ Sandbar Grill in Taunton on Thursday, and Absolutely Fabulous in Melrose on Saturday.  Come join us for music, food, and probably some tequila.

Concord on Friday

We’re back this Friday at Main Streets Market and Cafe in Concord, a place that is fast becoming one of our favorites.  Great food, fun people, eclectic music–what more could you want?  Hope you can make it out.

Cambridge, with Special Guests

We’re back at one of our favorite all-time spots this Friday night–the Plough and Stars in Cambridge.

And as if that weren’t enough, we’ll be joined by two special guests: Jim Guttmann from the Klezmer Conservatory Band will be sitting in on bass (while Keith is in Cleveland recording the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra), and Andy Voelker from Clear Audience will join us on sax.

It should be a great night of music, so we hope you can join us!

Mardi Gras Continues

Happy Mardi Gras, everyone!  We just had a great weekend of shows at 31 Main in Ayer, the Damariscotta River Grill up in Maine, and the Sandbar Grill down in Taunton last night.  Thanks to everyone who came out to see us and to these great venues for hosting us.  It was especially fun making some new friends up north.

The party’s not over, though.  We’ll keep rolling this week with a Fat Tuesday show at the Plough and Stars in Cambridge and then a last hurrah at Mari’s Place in Quincy on Friday.  Here are the details:

Precinct Show Postponed

Because of the impending snow storm, we will not be playing at Precinct tomorrow (1/26).  We’ve rescheduled for Thursday, February 10.  We’re happy to be able to keep the original lineup, so Los Sugar Kings and Adam Payne / 2ADAM12 will be joining us on the new date as well.  It will be a great night of music, so mark your calendars!
